My path to massage therapy has been anything but traditional. I hold a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and an associate degree in early childhood education. My background in these areas gave me a deep appreciation for people, development, and the unique stories we all carry. Over time, I felt called to do more hands-on, meaningful work with people, which led me to massage therapy. For over eight years, I’ve worked with disabled adults through my family business as a support professional, providing job coaching, mentoring, and day program support. That experience has deeply shaped who I am as a massage therapist. It taught me patience, adaptability, and how to truly listen and respond to each person’s unique needs.

I use a gentle, personalized approach that prioritizes comfort, trust, and well-being. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where every person feels respected and cared for, regardless of their background or needs. Whether you’re looking to relieve stress, ease tension, or simply take time to reset, each session is tailored specifically to you. Outside of my work, I’m a mom to a busy toddler and love spending time outdoors whenever I can. Nature helps me stay grounded, and I bring that same sense of calm into every session.
