Helen is a Traditional Manual Osteopath who has been practicing for over 30 years in Craniosacral (Cranial Biomechanics-Dr. Guy Voyer), Muscle Energy (Dr. F Mitchel), Joint Mobilization & Visceral Manipulation (Canadian College of Osteopathy),  Pediatrics (Dr. Viola Fryman) and associated Osteopathic Modalities in the 5 year Osteopathic Program. She specializes in locating patterns of fascial and energetic imbalances that restrict movement and healthy biological function.

Helen has a range of Certifications and Licenses to practice Medical Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Reiki, Personal Fitness Training (NASM), Sound Healing (Tuning forks/bowls), PEMF frequency (BCX Rife Machine) and is currently studying MNRI. She specializes in pregnancy, newborns and children to promote optimal growth and movement patterns that aid restful sleep, digestion, emotional regulation, infection resolution, and neurological symptoms. Manual Osteopathy is a gentle and intentional approach to restoring the innate homeostatic healer within the child. She is currently residing and practicing in Northern Colorado.
